Update

Hi everyone,

I haven't posted in a whole month. The main reason is that my nails are permanently stained and I can't find any better way to cure this problem than to not paint them for a while and let it grow out. The other reason is that I don't have much free time which leaves less time for me to blog. My life has been quite stressing the past month but it's stressing in a good way. I have lots to accomplish in the coming months since I'm hoping to enroll in nail school.

All in all, I just wanted to let you all know what's been up, but I couldn't leave without some pictures of nails.

This one is Essie Topless and Barefoot which is a nude shade. I painted my nails just this once on Sunday for a family outing but I took it off the next day so my nails could breathe again.

And this is the horror that is my progress so far. Looks like it's almost there. One more month should do it.

I deeply apologize for not posting but even if I did, I wonder who would still read my blog. If you're reading, could you please leave me a comment letting me know if you're still interested in my posts? I'm really curious.

Sephora by OPI S-age is Just a Number

Hey guys,

This one is definitely duochrome in nature because of the obvious green and gold emulating from this beauty. I have seen lots of other brands promote this shade of polish but I've never owned a color like this before. Its quite unique so I'm impressed.

These pictures were also by chance to be taken in the natural lighting which brings out the duochrome effect so well. I used 2 coats in these pictures and no top coat.

Sephora by OPI I Think I Cayenne

Hi guys.

I got the Sephora by OPI Spice Market set after seeing it on sale for about 12$USD and I have to say I'm pretty satisfied with these colours because they are colours I would probably buy on its own. They would go well with my skin tone I think.

This one is glass flecked orange. Really bright. It takes only 2 coats but 3 is most opaque.

In this pictures, it kind of looks like it has a duochrome effect and that is one of my favourites. Do any of you guys like this look too? Let me know!

Wishing you all a good week.

Why I Have Not Been Blogging as Much

Hey guys, I've gone on a kind of hiatus from blogging. It's obvious that my posts are not as frequent as usual and I apologize for that. I've been going through some life challenges because of graduating from college and it's been tough figuring things out. I hope you all understand.

I promise to keep on updating with nail posts but not as often as I used to.  At least until I have settled these issues.

Thanks for reading this far if you did :) Have a great day.

Neon Sprinkles

Hi guys,

I painted these nails a week ago on a whim. Didn't really have much of a plan, just went with it. Hope you enjoy.

China Glaze Want My Bawdy

Hi guys!!

Another post today of a swatch. Hehe I've been doing a few of these lately and it's kinda lame I know. But maybe some of you will enjoy seeing these colours. They're my own personal picks but sometimes I realise that the colour in the bottle is not always an accurate representation of how it looks on your nails so this is what these posts are for!

Want my bawdy, silly as this name is, is a really unique looking duochrome polish at first glance but when applied, it's a purple-ish blue frost on the nails. I wish it didn't have that minimal amount of streaking though. I supposed it's because of the frost effect that it has. Otherwise, it only requires about 3 coats to become opaque.

It's somewhat comparable to this layering combo I did couple posts ago. At the very least, Want my Bawdy reminds me of it.

Essie Smokin Hot + OPI The Color to Watch
That's all I have for today guys! Hope you are enjoying your week/day so far!

Revlon Scented Polish in Mad About Mango

Hi guys,

This one's a peachy orange colour (somewhat salmon toned in real life) that leaves your nails with this candy bubble gum smell. I don't particularly like the smell but it's tolerable.

The only thing I would complain about is the "scent" that it is supposed to leave behind when it dries. Otherwise, the coverage and finish aren't that bad. The swatches below are 3 coats with top coat. I would say overall that it's not a bad purchase since it's relatively inexpensive ($2.50) at Walgreens.

Anywayssss, hope you all are having a good day!
