China Glaze Water You Waiting For

Hi everyone,

I have a blue glitter polish for you. It has a packed amount of blue glitter with some purple glitter interspersed. I like it. It's a good dupe for China Glaze For Audrey which I owned and tried my best to restore it by adding thinner but it doesn't work. So this is my replacement :)
Thanks for looking!

OPI Unknown Bright Metallic Red

Hi everone, I bought this OPI mini polish so long ago and it's weird how long I left it on the back burner. I believe it's been more than a year. It's a gold metallic red. Very vribrant colour... Not quite sure if I like it. I don't have the name of this nail polish simply because there isn't a label on the bottom. If anyone recognizes this colour by any chance, let me know.

NOTD China Glaze It's a Trap-eze!

Hi everyone, NOTD here~

2 coats over 1 coat of a white creme

3 coats

3 coats
I'm not exactly sure why I feel a gravitation towards these multi-coloured glitter nail polishes. Maybe it was the craze that began when Deborah Lippmann released Happy Birthday (shown below);

but I could never justify spending over 20 for a bottle of nail polish so I sought out alternative options like Claire's and this China Glaze I'm showing you right now. It has blue, pink, gold, orange, red, white glitter pieces in a light blue milky base and I could probably list more but I'm not going to cause it would be kinda tedious and that's already a ton. This polish came out with the Cirque Du Soleil collection not too long ago.I have to say I enjoy it now that I'm feeling more brave to apply more than 1 coat. Though I know in a couple of days this is gonna be a pain to remove...

Essie Topless & Barefoot Swatch and Review

Hi everyone, this time I have got a nude polish. Yay! Nude polishes are actually outside of my usual bright, bold and sparkly colours and I initially did not like the fact that they make you look like you have "mannequin hands" but you know what? I shouldn't care what other people think. I'm gonna be open about all nail polish colors even if they have negative connotations. And so I let go and bought Essie Topless & Barefoot. Weird name for Essie who usually is quite conservative with their names. I guess they're trying to keep with their competitors.

This colour is a pink-toned nude color. I'm not entirely sure if it matches my skin tone because I'm almost sure my skin has a yellow undertone. Although, I do like the pinkness in the polish. It gives it a refinement that you wouldn't really find otherwise. Anyway, there is another polish that I looked at that would have probably worked better on me. That one was Essie Sand Tropez. (Pronounced the French way I guess). I'm wasn't aware of the undertones when I bought this one so that's why I kinda made a bad decision but nonetheless, I'm content because this one was in my wishlist for a while.

China Glaze Winter Holly Swatch & Review

Hi everyone,

I made a little nail polish purchase today from the barber supply store in my city.
I bought the 3 China Glaze shown below. And also one Essie. But this is just a sneak peak at my upcoming posts so stay tuned. I swatched the green one in the middle for you.

OMG and they were having a sale on a couple of China Glaze and the one in the middle was actually 99 cents!! SO CHEAP!
One Coat
Two Coats

Three Coats

Three Coats with Top Coat
It is a clear base with tons of forest green glitter, some light green, some gold and red glitters. All of which are tiny glitters so it is really dense. It comes out kinda sheer so you have to apply it with thick coats to get even coverage. But it does become opaque as you can see, with 3 coats. Also you can see it has a little texture without top coat. It reminds of the OPI liquid sand polishes or the Zoya pixie dusts. Its a gritty to touch because of the fine glitters and the base settling and drying.

Bonus Akward Pose pic. Thanks for looking! -Kitty

China Glaze Secret Peri-Wink-Le Swatch

Hi everyone, this polish is actually kind of difficult to describe so I'll try my best. It's a light purple with a blue undertone but it's also a light blue with a purple undertone so it's vice versa. But it's not in between blue or purple nor is a cross between them nor is a mix. It's actually something like aquamarine or magenta which are a few of those paints that you can't create by just mixing colours. My favourite thing about this polish is this complexity and depth that it has, although some people might dismiss the colour as flat-out purple or blue. Generally, it is a cute little color to wear during spring time which is coming up. It is opaque in 3 coats. Sooooooooo Enjoy looking !!! :)

Can you tell I've had this for a loooong time?!

Essie Pretty Edgy

Hi everyone, this one was hard to photograph but I honestly don't have any knowledge of cameras so I'm just winging it. I used the same settings for all my photos. I realise that it still isn't the best quality but I don't know how to optimize my settings. It is simply not my forte. Anyway, this color is one of those colors which I really like and I find alot of people would like too. Although it is showing up kinda yellow in the picture, it really isn't that way in real life. It looks much more green than anything else. The tiny hint of yellow is apart of the polish that I have never noticed before. Or maybe it's just getting old. I love this color tho. It's not too dark and is just bright enough for my personal preference. It reminds me of a relaxing day at the beach, sipping on drinks and sunbathing. Hehe.

Gold Glitter Manicure with Forever 21 Love & Beauty, China Glaze GR8

Hi everyone,  I did this manicure with one coat of China Glaze GR8 and one coat of Love & Beauty polish I bought from Forever 21. It was only $3.80 not including tax. I hear its under 2 dollars in the states though. Very good deals either way. It is a gold glitter polish with tooooons of fine gold&silver glitter but it also has a ton of this small hex glitter that has a holo effect. This is what made me buy it because holo is obviously one of my favourite effects <3 And not only that but it is opaque in one coat! It is such a steal.

Glitter Manicure using Sally Hansen, Essie & Claire's

Today, its a simply glitter manicure using Sally Hansen Lacey Lilac which I have an old swatch of here

Then I added a glitter top coat Essie Stroke of Brilliance to all my fingers except the ring finger. For the ring finger, I used Claire's Bedazzeled.
And below is how it came out!
